โพรแพ็ค เอเชี ย 2013 งานแสดงสินค้าและเทคโนโลยีด้ านการแปรรูปอาหาร
การบรรจุ และบรรจุภัณฑ์ระดับนานาชาติที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในภูมิภาคเอเชีย ครั้งที่ 21 จะจัด
ขึ้นในวันที่ 12 - 15 มิถุนายน 2556ณศูนย์แสดงสินค้าและการประชุมไบเทค โดยปีนี้จะ
จัดอย่างยิ่งใหญ่กว่าทุกปีบนพื้นที่จัดแสดงสินค้าทั้งหมด 35,000 ตารางเมตร ครอบคลุม
ตั้งแต่ฮอลล์ 101-106 รวมเทคโนโลยีและเครื่องจักรรุ่นล่าสุดสำ�หรับอุตสาหกรรมการ
แปรรูปและบรรจุภัณฑ์อาหาร เครื่องดื่ม และยา
ในงานโพรแพ็ค เอเชีย 2013 มีผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมแสดงสินค้าและนวัตกรรมมากกว่า
1,600 รายจาก 45 ประเทศ นอกจากนี้ยังมีพาวิลเลียนนานาชาติจาก 12 ประเทศ ได้แก่
จีน ฝรั ่ งเศส เยอรมนี ญี่ปุ่น เกาหลีใต้ สิงคโปร์ สเปน ไต้หวัน สหราชอาณาจั กร และ
สหรัฐอเมริกา มี เทคโนโลยีและเครื่องจักรจากทั่ วโลกมาจั ดแสดงกว่า 3,500 รายการ
โดยแบ่งเป็ น 5 โซน ได้แก่ DrinkTech Asia, Lab&Test Asia, PharmaTech Asia,
PlasTech Asia และ PrintTech Asia และในปีนี้จะมีเพิ่มขึ้นมาเฉพาะด้านอีก 2 ส่วน
คือ Warehousing & Logistics Solution (คลังสินค้าและโลจิสติกส์) และ Packaging
Material (บรรจุภัณฑ์สำ�เร็จรูป)
คาดว่าในปี 2556 การส่งออกสินค้าของไทยจะนำ�รายได้เข้าประเทศ 1.03-1.08 ล้าน
ล้านบาทพร้อมอัตราเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจ 5-10%ประเทศไทยยังคงเป็นหนึ่งในประเทศผู้
ผลิตอาหารชั้นนำ�ของโลก และเป็นผู้ ส่งออกอาหารรายใหญ่อั นดับสองของเอเชียรองจาก
ประเทศจีนด้วยมูลค่า 780,000 ล้านบาทประเทศไทยตั้งเป้าจะเป็นศูนย์กลางการส่งออก
ของอุตสาหกรรมแปรรูปอาหารของเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้เพื่ อที่จะเก็บเกี่ยวประโยชน์
สูงสุ ดจากการเข้าสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน (AEC) ในปี 2558 และก้าวเป็น 1 ใน 5
ผู้ส่งออกอาหารชั้นนำ�ของโลกภายใน 10 ปี
นอกจากนี้ งานโพรแพ็ค เอเชีย 2013 ยังอัดแน่นด้วยกิจกรรมการประชุม สั มมนา
และการแข่งขันหลากหลาย ได้แก่ “Asia Drink Conference” จัดโดย Eastern Trade

(APN), “PharmaTech Seminar” จัดโดยสมาคมไทยอุตสาหกรรมผลิตยาแผนปัจจุบัน,
“Technology Promotion Association (Thailand-Japan) Seminar” จัดโดยสมาคมส่ง
เสริมเทคโนโลยีไทย-ญี่ปุ่น (ส.ส.ท.), “Food InnovationContest” และ “FoSTAT – Nestlé

ProPak Asia 2013, the 21st international processing, filling and
packaging technology event forAsia is taking place on June 12-15,
2013 at Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre
(BITEC). This year will be the biggest ever edition total exhibiting area
of 35,000 sq.m., covers all space at Halls 101 to 106, showcasing the latest
technologies and machines for the food, drink and pharmaceutical
processing & packaging industries.
ProPak Asia 2013 is attracting over 1,600 participants from 45
countries, 12 national pavilions from China, France, Germany, Japan,
Korea, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, UnitedKingdomand theUSAand over
3,500 technologies andmachines from across the world.The showwill
feature five zones includingDrinkTechAsia, Lab&Test Asia, PharmaTech
Asia, PlasTech Asia and PrintTech Asia. This year will have specialized
2 sections asWarehousing&Logistics Solution andPackagingMaterial.
Thailand’s product export is targeted to bring in 1.03 - 1.08 trillion
baht in 2013 with a growth rate of 5-10%. Thailand remains one of the
leading countries where food is produced to feed the world. It is the
second most significant food exporter in Asia, after China, with the
value of 780 billion baht. The country is aimed to be the export centre
of Southeast Asia’s food-processing industry in order to gain the highest
benefit from the advent of ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) in
2015, and to join the world’s top-five food exporters within 10 years.
