AnoxKaldnes™MBBR is an efficient and compact
wastewater treatment technology that operates as a
fixed-filmprocess without activated sludge. In this
innovation, specially engineered plastic carriers,
coated with microorganism-filled biofilm, are
suspended in a reactor to provide a large surface
area for trapping sewage.
Specially designed for pharmaceutical
and healthcare businesses, ORION® packaged
systems are pre-validated and skid-mounted.The
technology features 80 standard configurations,
of which ORION® 17,000 was selected to meet
the new plant’s requirements.
AnoxKaldnes™ MBBR will treat 700 m 3 of
wastewater a day, while ORION® has an hourly
capacity of 17 m3 of process water.

Simplus Tech introduces the ‘automatic colony
counter’ which enhances speed and precision.The
counter canmemorize data and image for re-count
microorganism colony forming, and can record
and export data inWord, Excel, HTML and LIMs
formats with USB 2.0 connection.
The counter captures the image of more than
0.2 mm colony on 60, 90, or 150 mm plate and is
enable determination of counting area. It can count
more than 3,000 colonies per plate and is able to
count colony that is less than 0.5 mm diameter.
‘Advance’ model use 6x3 rows LED light source
with RGB color background. It can be determine
diameter range and colony grouping.
